About Me

On April 12, 2011.  I started this blog to inform others about what I learned while researching conflict diamonds for a research paper in college.  Broadening understanding of conflict diamonds is essential due to so may of the misconceptions that are believed by the general public.  


I am enrolled as a part-time student at Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, MN.  I just started, but so far it's been great.


Also, I work in the information-technology (IT) field at Children's Hospitals and Clinics of MN as the ITS Desktop Services Supervisor.  It's a great place to work and has an even better mission.
